Pray for Fulfillment of Zion
Prophecy, Rabbinate Urges

the high holiday season at midnight this Saturday, the entire rab-

of Orthodox Rabbis, sponsor of the call, has been joined by the rabbis
of Temple Beth El, Temple Israel, Shaarey Zedek and the Northwest
Hebrew Congregation, in urging the community to participate in
the penitential services.

proaches we, the rabbis of Detroit, call upon our brethren to assemble
in their synagogues at midnight Saturday, Sept. 6, for prayer and
meditation.

sons camps without any promise of home and refuge where they
might weave together the threads of their broken lives. Several
thousands of them have been on a ship in the open sea for almost
two months, victims of the misguided policies of the British govern-
