International Farming
For Jewish Youth Urged

Dr. Mary A. Marcus, of Detroit,
proposes an international farm-
ing school program for Jews as
a means to secure stability. She
envisions a gradual development
of all pertinent high school and
college departments as well as
scholarships a n d assistantship
funds. Research institutes and
health stations, instructions in
practical farming as well as
scientific research work a r e
among the main features of Dr.
Marcus' project. It goes without
saying that Hebrew should be
taught in all such schools, along
with other languages.
