THERE'S A good deal of ill-
feeling against a local real estate
gent . . by others with whom
he entered into an unwritten pact
to preserve the Jewish neighbor-
hoods for Jewish residence . . .
Seems that conditions of years
ago which prompted Jews to move
away and establish new living
areas . . . were to be prevented
. . . with added emphasis due to
present housing shortages . . .
The real estate man, 'tis said
obviously has preferred to ignore
the agreement . . and many
homes within his control in all-
Jewish territories are being
leased or sold to others, in much
the same fashion as the way it
all began in former years.

Sherwood is a radio announcing

pleasant-sounding voice holds the
kind of tone that goes for good
reception . . . Another thing, he's
smart...enough to spin the labels
without talking all night on what
he had for dessert . . . and try-

it is great to be alive.
