Manitoba and Saskatchewan.

Goldman was given a tremen-
dous ovation when he stated: "We

munity Council June 26.
The new governors are Harry

Rosenthal, Robert Slutzky. Nath-

The Council is now considering
a proposed reorganization of Win-
dsor's planned Community Cen-
ter, and will vote on two-year
campaign for $75,000. The pro-
posal was suggested to insure
provision of community center
facilities and, at the same time,
to avoid future community mort-
gages.
