MOSCOW. (JTA)—The Con-
where the employes' negotiating
ferance of the Big Four foreign committee and Yale Soifer, or-
ministers this week agreed that ganizer for Local 26, will meet
trian nationals but it is doubtful
Austria will make much restitu-
tion or compensation to nationals
for war damage.
In addition- the USA, British
and French proposal would not
force Austria to pay heirless as-
sets to organizations with foreign
currency if this was a burden on
Austrian economy.
These points which remain un-
settled will be referred to the
foreign ministers directly. Ameri-
can experts estimate property
under discussion would amount
to $200,000,000.

A CAREER IN
THE ARMY?
• Enlisting in the U. S. Army
means a lot more today than
simply signing up for 3 years
or more of service. It gives you
a start on a career that is supe-
rior in many respects to any
other you could choose.
In the Army, you can advance
as rapidly as your abilities and
length of service permit. You
are paid while you learn a skill
or trade that can mean money in
your pocket in later years. All
