Above is a sampling of the interesting costumes which children
of Grades 3, 4 and 5 of Temple Israel Religious School wore in their
annual Purim Masquerade Party on Sunday, March 2. One child
came garbed as the seven-branched candlestick. Two boys teamed
up to represent the Scroll of the Torah with its two rollers. A third
child came dressed as the Bible in its English translation. Rebecca
at the well, Delilah, Miriam and Moses, as well as the usual Kings
and Queens, are here represented. The children of the kindergarten
and grades I and 2' held their masquerade party March 9.
