Chairman of the European Executive Council and Director of
European Activities of the Joint Distribution Committee.
Dr. Schwartz for the past seven years has devoted his talents and energies to the
far-flung JDC program on behalf of distressed Jews throughout Europe. His sym-
pathetic, realistic report on the needs and hopes of the Jews of Europe will provide
an authoritative picture of today's conditions.

NOTICE OF AGENCY MEETINGS AND NOMINATIONS PROCEDURE
The Fresh Air Society, Jewish Social Service Bureau, Jewish Vocational Service, and
North End Clinic will hold their annual meetings and election Of boards at 6 p. m.,
the same evening, at Hotel Statler.
Suggestions for nominations to boards are invited. Suggested names
