Palestine ,do any good?
A. Preparations to receive new
immigration into Palestine are
constantly under way, as is the
care of the thin trickle coming
in. The youth movement of every
organization is constantly active,
every Kvutza,. every Moshav,
helps. Too little is known, and
there is no clear realization of
how much the Jewish Agency is
doing in this respect. -
The need is so great, of course,
that whatever is done for the re-
habilitation of the so-called "Dis-
placed Persons" will never suf-
fice. Still, the Jewish Agency in
providing -medical care, homes,
jobs, for so many people, is doing
perhaps more thazi many a "real"
government. At present the po-
litical situation overshadows other
aspects of Jewish Zionist activi-
ties in Palestine, but more is done
now than ever before.
