will be Rabbi Eliezer Levi of
Congregation Bnai Moshe. A
graduate of the Jewish Theo-
logical Seminary, Rabbi Levi has
served as chaplain in the South-
west Pacific and Is rabbi of a
congregation in Australia. In a
course on "The Jew Comes to
Europe," Rabbi Levi will discuss
the history of the Jewish com-
munity and then follow the ex-
tension of Jewish life in Europe
to Spain, Germany and Eastern
Europe. Rabbi Levi will seek to
evaluate and describe the per-
sonalities and cultural a n d
spiritual accomplishments of the
1,500 years of Jewish life in
Europe.
