Plan Gets Milled Reception

Mt. Scopus, on which the He-
brew University is located, would
not he included in the Jewish
borough under Chief Justice
Fitzgerald's plan.
In a map attached to the re-
port, which would also place a
number of Jewish quarters such
as Talpieth and Arnona in the
Arab unit, Mt. Scorpus is set off

as a rural area and placed out-
side the jurisdiction of any part
of the Jerusalem administration.

the recommendations contained
in the Fitzgerald report, while
Isaac Ben Zvi, president of the

that the plan is worth considei- -

DEAR AND FAITHFUL BRETHREN AND SISTERS!

In the name of thousands of children in Israel, the precious children of Zion, we appeal to you to help us in
the task of raising in Eretz Israel a generation of Jews faithful to the Torah and to the mission of Judaism, a
generation pleasing to God and men!

The Centre of Torah Education maintains Talmud Torah schools in towns and colonies where thousands of
children receive the proper Jewish education. Support our institutions by sending in your donation and exert
your influence upon your friends and neighbors to do likewise.

And the Almighty will bless you with health and happiness, and you will see the upbuilding of Zion
and Jerusalem.
With Torah greetings,
