speakers at the extraordinary three-day National Conference of the
United Jewish Appeal for Refugees, Overseas Needs and Palestine
at Atlantic City, Nov. 30-Dec. 2, when the most representative chairman.
The new officers will be in-

deliver holiday addresses.
Late Friday evening services
will he held the following day, at
8:15. The Jew Despite Himself"
will be the subject of Rabbi Levi's
sermon. There will be a social
hour sponsored by the Sisterhood
at the conclusion of the service.

the Harry E. Jacobson Memorial
Fund.
The fund. established in mem-
ory of the society's late president,
will be used for the erection of a
Harry E. Jacobson Lodge at the
Fresh Air Camp near Brighton,
Mich. Contributions to the Fund
have already been made, but a
substantial sum is still needed to
complete the project. Friends of
Mr. Jacobson are invited to par-
ticipate in the memorial.
Harry E. Jacobson, businessman
and sportsman, was elected to the
FAS Board of Directors in 1941,
and in 1944 he became its presi-
dent. The camp was one of his
major interests and, since so many
of his friends have urged the es-
tablishment of a suitable memor-
ial in his honor, it was decided to
erect a lodge on the camp
grounds. Those wishing to con-
tribute to the fund may write or
call Mr. _Harris, at 2217 Penob-
scot Bldg., or Mr. Agree, 1140
