Mr. Frohman's repertoire con- sists of folk songs, art songs, ballads and arias in six languages. Last season Mr. Dan Frohman Frohman appeared in opera and in concert in Detroit. Clek'eland, Columbus, Dayton. Erie, Cincin- nati, Louisville and Lexington. This season he begins his con- cert tour with a recital in Sever- ance Hall, Cleveland. next Wed- nesday, and then travels east to sing in Rochester. Syracuse and Albany, N. Y. The Intermediate Lounge of the Jewish Community Center has reopened for the 1946-47 sea- son, conducting an informal teen age program, canteen style, in- cluding dancing, ping-pong, table stunt nites, games, occasional amateur talent evenings and youth forums. It is open Tuesday and Thurs- day evenings from 8 to 10:30 p. m. and Sunday afternoons from 3 to 5:30 as a Jive Junction program. The lounge is operated by a com- mittee of the Intermediate Coun- cil including Marilyn Warrat, Herntan Engelman, Sheldon Led- erman, and Anne Lesnick.
