Schwartz, nephew of Mr. and Mrs.

riet Gray. •

Sperka united the couple in a
candlelight ceremony.

intensive .campaign to raise $75,-
boo for three major projects
Palestine, the Moazoth Hapoaloth,
the Child Rescue program, and
the building of a children's home
in Palestine.
In a meeting held Wednesday,
Oct. 23, plans were formulated
for the donor event, which will
be 'held Jan. 15 at the Masonic
Temple..
At the regional conference.
held- at the Detroit-Leland Ho-
tel, a regional committee was
elected headed by Mrs. Fanny
Orion, of Cleveland, regional
chairman; Mrs. Sue Grodner, of
Pittsburgh, membership chair-

go to the Mizrachi women's
budget for maintaining voca-
tional, educational, and spiritual
rehabilitation centers in Palestine
for Jewish girls.

The bride wore a gown of
white chiffon velvet with a
sweetheart neckline, full sleeves,
basque waistline and a three-
yard train. Her veil .of illusion
was banded with chiffon velvet.
She carried a Bible with white
orchids.
Mrs. Ruth Krochmal was ma-
tron of honor, and the brides-
Maids were Eleanor Karbal, Cor-
rine Corman, Ruth Stark and
Sylvia Rosen. Leonard Gold-
haber served his brother as best
man. Ushers included Dr. Albert
Krochmal, Jerry Rosen, Martin.
Joseff, Jack Gale, and Irving
Meltzer.
The couple left for a two-week
honeymoon in the East.
