March 6 April 5 to 12 May 8 May 25 and 26 July 27 Issue Call for LAS Conference on Oct. 6 Chesed Shel Emes To Honor Memory of Samuel Sandweiss On Sunday, Sept. 29, at 2 p. m., Chesed Shel Emes will honor the memory of Samuel Sandweiss, its principal founder and first presi- dent, on the occasion of the 20th Yahrzeit of his death, with- a me- morial meeting at the cemetery chapel, 14 Mile Road at Gratiot. Rabbis Isaac Stollman and Ben Zion Rabinowitz and Samuel Brezner, president of Chesed Shel Emes, will speak. A prominent Cantor will chant the Hazkarah. All relatives and friends of the departed as well as the general public are invited. The late Mr. Sandweiss found- ed the Chesed Shel Emes 30 years ago amidst difficulties.
