Mr. and Mrs. Morris L. Weiss announce the adoption of a
daugh t er. Nicia Lenore, aged six weeks. They are now at home to
their friends at 3245 Chicago.

to the west coast.
Mrs. Samuel B. Goldberg and daughter, Doris Marilyn, have
returned from a week-end visit with Mrs. Goldberg's brother, Manuel

Mrs. Max , Rosenfeld 'and daughter. Lenore, of Cortland Ave.
returned from a month's vacation in Southern California.
Mr. and Mrs. Albert A. Davis of Euclid Circle are motoring to
San Bernadino and San Francisco.
Mrs. William Dobkin returned to her home in WaIhington, D. C..
after a two weeks' visit with her brother-in-law and sister. Mr. and

Mrs. 0. J. Adelson and children of Gladstone Ave. are back -home
after spending two months at their summer home at Woodland
Beach, Lake Erie.
Dr. Harry M. Kirschbaum returned last week from a vacation in
Los Angeles, Calif.

Sylvia Bean of Tyler Ave. has returned from New York where
she visited for several weeks with her cousins.
Shirley M. Schwartz, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. M. Schwartz of
Pingree Ave., has returned from an extended trip to the northwest
where she visited with her brother and sister-in-law, Dr. and Mrs.
Marvin Schwartz, in Portland, Ore. She will resume her studies
at the University of Michigan.
Mr. and Mrs. Julian G. Wollner and daughter. Nancy. of Burling-
ton Rd. are spending a week in New York from where Nancy will go
on to Northampton to matriculate at Smith College.
. Mrs. Leon Netzorg of the BelcrPst Hotel is spending a month in
the East dividing her time between New York. Boston and Northamp-
ton where she will visit her son_in-law and daughter.
Mr. and Mrs. Lewis C. Frank of Colorado Ave. have been spend-
ing a few days in New York.
Miss Jean Marshutz of Los Angeles Is the guest of her cousins.
Mr. and Mrs. Max Berendt of Boston Blvd. Her parents. Mr. and
Mrs. Herbert Marshutz, plan to join her next week.
Mrs. A. Joseph Himmelhoch. her daughter, Martha. and sons.
Ralph and Jonathan. of Kingston Rd. have returned from Gaylord
where they spent the summer months.
Mr. and Mrs. Andrew B. Lorre and son. Larry. of Kentucky Ave.
left on Wednesday for Peoria. Ill.. where they plan to make their
home.
Mrs. Oscar Blumberg of Glynn Ct. has returned from an ex-
tended stay in Charlevoix.
Bunny Zemon. daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Julian I. Zemon of
Wildemere Ave.. will leave some time this week - end for Northampton
to resume her studies at Smith College.

their guests Mrs. Crohn's brother-in-law and sister. Mr. and Mrs.

Mrs. Isaac Gilbert of Boston Blvd. and Mrs. Harry Newman of
Lawrence Ave. have returned from their summer - home in Charlevoix.
Susan Kaichen. daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Kaichen of
Huntington Woods. left on Thursday for Providence. R. I., where
she will attend the Lincoln School.
Mrs. M. M. Wittleshofer and her daughter. Norma of Boston
Blvd. left on Sunday to spend a week in New York before Norma
goes on to New London, Conn., where she will resume her studies at
Connecticut College.
Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Lieberman and daughter. Marilyn, of
Birchcrest Dr. have returned from Chicago where they spent a few
days visiting with their son. Marine Sgt. Edwin Lieberman. who
has recently returned from China and who is at present stationed
at the Great Lakes Naval Training Center.
Mr. and Mrs. Milton Klivans of Youngstown spent a few days
visiting with members of their family on the occasion of the 70th
birthday of their father. Moe Ehrlich.
Mr. and Mrs. Jarvis Weiss and their two sons of Buena Vista
Ave. have left for Phoenix. Ariz., where they plan to make their home.
