LONDON (JTA)—An official announcement by the Brit-
ish government concerning its future policy on Palestine is
expected . within the next two or three weeks, a usually
well-informed British source revealed. Prior to• reaching
any decision, however, the British will continue consulta-
tions with the American government in the hope of secur-
ing agreement from Washington. .
