Dear. Reader:
Palestine cannot be built unless the Jewish people possess the
land.
On the occasion of the approaching graduations, con-
firmations and consecrations, the Jewish National Fund
Council of Detroit suggests that the graduates, con-
firmands and consecrants be honored through the plant-
ing of trees in Palestine.
"What better way of honoring the children than by
redeeming and developing the land of Palestine at the
same time," the Jewish National Fund Council's state-
ment declares. "To plant trees in Palestine, call the
JNF office, 11608 Dexter, TO. 8-7384." •

when they get to Palestine.
Through the Allied Jewish Campaign, the Jewish National Fund
receives its major funds for the purchase of land in Palestine.
This task is achieved by the Jewish National Fund, an agency
