Z. *Sisterhood Guest Speaker Will Discuss `Zorn' Case' on Monday Rabbi Jacob Hochman of Chi- cago will address the Shaarey Zedek Sisterhood next Monday on the topic, "The Strange Case of Dr. Zolli." Rabbi Hochman became ac- quainted with Dr. Zolli, prior to the latter's conversion to Cathol- icism, during his residence in Rome, where, by request of the U. S. Embassy, he made a study of Jewish cultural and religious conditions in Italy. Of the three years Rabbi Hochman served as a chaplain in the U. S. army, two and one-half were spent on the war fronts of Algiers, Tunisia and Rome. He visited Palestine in July, 1945, as part of General Eisenhower's program for chap- plains. At present he is director of the Council of Conservative Synagogues of Chicago and mid- west director -. of the Women's League. Piano selections will be pre- sented by Miss Harriet Lewis.
