Mrs. Brown Presides At a general meeting on the SOS drive, Mrs. 'Douglas Brown, president of the League, presided. Plans for the activities of the Women's Division of the Jewish Welfare Federation were present- ed by Mrs. Max Frank, Mrg. Har- ry Singer, Mrs. Maurice Klein and Mrs. H. L. Jackson.
