J. Mitchell Rosenberg, promin-
ent New York Zionist, Assistant
District Attorney of Kings Coun-
ty, has written an excellent
history of Zionism under the
title "The Story of Zionism: A
Bird's-Eye View."
Two earlier similar books, by
Jessie Samter and Lotta Leven-
son, are the only works of a
similar kind which compare in
value to this fine book, which
is published by Bloch, New York.
The value of this ,work is its
simplicity, the fact that it is
complete in its coverage of every-
thing pertaining to Zionism and
Palestine, as well as all ele-
ments stemming from Zionist
creations.
Advances made by the Hebrew
language, the great strides
achieved by Palestinian Jewry in
agriculture, commerce, educa-
tion, etc., are ably described.
It is an exceptionally good
book, and it should serve as a
guide and as a textbook.
It Should be in every home and
in every school, and all organ-
izations would do well to secure
the book.
