Jewish Women High on Honor
Roll for USO-JWB Activities

Neugarten Medical Aid Society, Women's ORT Division,
Gave Outstanding Service to Community Throughout
War Years

Among the organizations on gram on behalf of the needy,
the top honor roll for uninter- specializing in distributing medi-

are referred to them by the
Jewish Social Service Bureau and
the North End Clinic.
During the war, Neugarten
Medical Aid women added a full
calendar of war effort activities,
of which USO claimed the lion's
share.

chairman; Mrs. Samuel Gale,
USO chairman; Mrs. Morton Ja-
cobs, publicity director.
Women's ORT Aids JWB-USO
In addition to its own exten-
sive program of assisting- in the
rehabilitation of Jews overseas,
Detroit chapter of Women's ORT
Division, numbering 550 mem-
bers, has contributed generously
to the USO-JWB , program since
the beginning of the war.
