Mrs. Irving Small, president, an-
nounces that Mrs. Charles Harris
was appointed chairman of the
project to purchase wheelchairs
for amputees at Percy Jones Hos-
pital. Mrs. William Gordon, chair-
man of USO activities, and Mem-
bers of the society will be host-
esses at a serviceman's party at
the Great Lakes Club at the Bel-
crest on Dec. 19 and at a Sun-
day brunch at the Jewish Center
on Dec. 23.

ed the Bronze Star, the Good
Conduct Medal and the Combat
Infantry Badge, and he has three
major battle stars.
When he is discharged, Pfc.
Sinkoff plans to resume his col-
lege studies in engineering.
