:1,500 Attend Funeral Services at Shaarey Zedek for Pioneer
Zionist Who Supported All Causes During His 54
Years Here; Dies on Balfour Day

AN ENTIRE community mourned when it became known
that one of Detroit's most beloved citizens, Isaac Shetzer, had
passed away on Nov. 2, after a long and serious illness, at
Harper Hospital.
A great tribute was paid the deceased when nearly 1,500
persons filled the Shaarey Zedek auditorium to capacity at

the funeral service on Sunday af-,--)
ternoon. And the even greater the major interest of the entire
tribute was the prevailing spirit Shetzer family. Mr. and Mrs.
