Ladies Auxiliary Plans Donor Event Jan. 22
Urgent calls to the Jewish community to continue un-
interrupted efforts for the Jewish National Fund, to speed
land redemption in Palestine, were made Monday and Tues-

Mendel N. Fisher, national executive director of the fund.

Your War Chest Contribution
Helps JNF Continue Work
"They Shall Never Be Wanderers Again !"
This is our resolution as we throw in all our efforts in behalf of
the War Chest campaign to help this mother and daughter who
have found-refuge in Palestine after years of sufferings under the
Nazis and long wandering before they reached Palestine.
This is our resolution as we glance at the tears of joy streaming
from the faces of these survivors from the tortures of European bru-
tality under Hitler.
Tears of joy greeted the arrival of this couple in Palestine.
Nearly 15,000 of these people will be rehabilitated in Palestine
this year through the efforts of the United Palestine 1A.ppeal and the
Jewish National Fund, with funds provided in Detroit by the War
Chest.
Most of them will be settled on land of the Jewish National Fund
in Palestine.
YOUR pennies contributed throughout the year to the Jewish
National Fund, and your MAJOR contributions for this fund through
the War Chest, make this great humanitarian work possible.
The Jewish National Fund, through the United Palestine Appeal,
derives its major income from the United Jewish Appeal,.
Your contributions to the War Chest make it possible for our
work to go on without interruption.
Our appeal to you, therefore, is:
GIVE LIBERALLY TO THE WAR CHEST!
THROW IN ALL YOUR RESOURCES IN THE WAR CHEST CAMPAIGN!
