ACTIVITIES IN SOCIETY

Mr. and Mrs. Jack Halperin and Mr. and Mrs. Al Schwartz
have returned from a visit in New York City.
Mrs. Louis Goldberg and daughter, Betty, of the Belcrest have
returned to their home after two weeks vacation in Chicago.
Miss Goldberg has left for a two week holiday in New York,
and upon her return will resume her studies at Kingswood School,
Cranbrook.
Mrs. Betty Kashdan of Memphis, Term., has been spending the
past two weeks in Detroit visiting her relatives, Mr. and Mrs. Louis
Jacobs of Hazelwood Ave. and Mr. and Mrs. Morris Jacobs of
Savory Ave. She will remain over the holidays.
Sgt. and Mrs. James Berendt have returned to Dayton, 0., after
spending a few days with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Max Berendt
of Boston Blvd.
Mrs. Henry Lurie of Columbus is visiting her §on-in-law and
daughter, Mr. and Mrs. William Mazer of Birchcrest Dr.
Mr. and Mrs. Jack Tobin of Byron Ave. are spending the holi-
days in Mishawauka, Ind., with Mrs. Tobin's family.
