How much does it cost to
move a pin ?
• Remember the days when we read of the small islands captured on the painful
march to the heart of the Japanese Empire—places you never heard of before,
many of them so small that you couldn't find them on even the largest maps. Well,
we know about those places now! America paid. for the knowledge in lives, in brok-
en bodies ... and least - of all in dollars.
• And the dollars were important too .. without your money it would have cost
even more in lives. The War may be over, but the dollars are yet to b.e paid. Each
of us must carry our full share of the cost of Peace, just as we did the greater costs
of Victory. Your country still needs your money. Play fair ... keep your war bonds
until they mature.
