Kansas City Launches $750,000 Medical Drive KANSAS CITY, (JTA) — A community-wide campaign to raise upwards of $750,000 for development of a medical center to include a Home for Jewish , Aged and an addition to Menorah Hospital to provide a hospital for chronically ill has been launched here by the Jewish Welfare Federation of Greater Kansas C . Larry Rubinoff, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Rubinoff of 18100 Kentucky, has been se- lected to attend the National Music Camp at Interlochen, Mich., for the current season. A pupil of Norman Reaume, the young pianist is a nephew of the famous vionist, David Rubinoff. The camp, an affiliate of the University of Michigan, has be- come one of the outstanding summer educational •projects of the nation. It features a 200- piece National High School Or- chestra, a symphonic band of 150, a choir of 150, radio drama workshop, modern dance depart- ment and. many other artistic activities.
