WAS ONLY 20 years old when

director, was his assistant . . .
Resigned in 1933 to follow law
career and in 1940-41 held presi-
dency of District 6 Grand Lodge
of Bnai Brith . . . After special-
izing in housing work, • he was
made a district housing commis-
sioner in 1944 and on the next
change was sent to Washington
as the federal chief.
Through the Richard Klu-
tznick Scholarship Fund, estab-
lished by him in 1932 in memory
of a son, A.Z.A. boys have been
able to borrow tuition and go
through college.
