Detroit Friends of Opera Inc.

honorary sponsors of its produc-
tion of "Rusalka" by Anton
Dvorak, to be • given in English
for the first time in the U. S.,
Sunday evening, May 27, in the
Scottish Rite Cathedral of the
Masonic Temple.

To Honor Mothers
At Luncheon Sunday
Bnai Brith Young Women will
hold their annual Mothers' and
Daughters' Luncheon in honor of
Mothers Day, this Sunday at the
Bnai Moshe Synagogue at 2 p. m.
Guest speaker will be Rabbi
Benjamin Groner of Windsor.
The program will include songs
by the Naomi Choral Group and
by Reva Cohen of the Deborah
Auxiliary.
Highlight of the afternoon will
be the coronation of the "honor
queens" of the individual auxil-
iaries.
