plans for the celebration of the
Auxiliary's 20th anniversary, to
be held in the form of a social
event for members and friends.

man of the committee to formul-
ate plans for the event.

Butzel Hall of the Jewish Cen-

will review short stories by
Sholem Asch. On April 25, a
group of members will go to the
Blood Bank to contribute blood
to the Red Cross. Those desiring
to participate should call Mrs.
Philip Kravetz. On April 16, the
executive board will meet at the
home of Mrs. Charles Rothstein,
Mrs. Samuel Rothstein to be
hostess.

matic readings by Reva Reich-
man will conclude the program.

Miss Bassin is a graduate of
Wayne University and United
Hebrew Schools. Capt. Stein at-
tended Wayne and the Univer-
sity of Michigan College of Medi-
cine. He served in the Aleutians
for 21 months. He is stationed in
Seattle, Wash. They will be mar-
ried in June.

Unitarian minister who became
nationally famous as the radio
orator who conducted a courage-
ous battle against Fr. Charles
E. Coughlin's anti-Semitic cru-
sade, has been called to Detroit
from his last ministerial post in
Boston. He will assume the pas-
torate of the First Congregation-
al Church in Detroit.

Lindens' Anniversary

will be honored on the occasion
of their 25th wedding anniver-
sary next Wednesday evening, at
the meeting of Arlazaroff branch
of Jewish National Workers' Al-
liance, at the Rose Sittig Cohen
Bldg.
