Miss Kowalsky's program, this Sunday at 3 p. xn., will include Bach's. Young Saffir, born in Vienna, has been in the U. S. since he was 9. He made his piano debut at the age of 6 in Vienna, and for the past five- years has been- studying with Mr. Chajes at the Center on a scholarship granted by the Music Study Club and the Jewish Center.
