2 Bnai Brith Women's
Groups' Joint Rally

On Monday, at 8:30, Bnai
Brith Young Women and Pisgah
Women's Auxiliary will hold a
joint meeting at the Bnai Moshe.
The business meeting will be
- conducted by Mrs. Nathan Wolfe,
president of the Women's Auxil-
iary. The Young Women will
present a pageant depicting the
work that they have done in Red
Cross and war service. Refresh-
ments will be served.
Mrs. Harry Singer of Pisgah
Women and Dorothy Cohen of
Bnai Brith Young Women are in
charge of the program. Arrange-
ments for the exhibits are being
made by Belle Hauptman of
Bnai Brith Young Women. Those
appearing in the pageant are:
Pearl Klein, Shirley Cohen,
Harriet Nachman, Edith Ain-
binder, Lenore Roska and Ruth
Stockier of the Naomi Auxiliary;
Leone Weinberg, Frances Gins-
burg, . Florine Franklin, Evelyn
Berg, Mildred Shulman and
Dorothy Weiss of the Rebecca
Gratz Auxiliary; Lillian Slobo-
dow, Ann Burg, Evelyn Ordin,
Tillie Feinbloom, Sylvia Medintz,
Eve Finkelstein, Florence Aus-
lander, Reva Cohen and Shirley
Miller of the Deborah Auxiliary.
Members are requested to bring
clean sheets and pillow cases for
hospital and cancer patients and
these will be collected by Mrs.
Marvin Levy, war service chair-
man of the Pisgah Auxiliary.

GERSON-STARK: At 1:30
Sunday, March 18, Miss Lilo
Stark, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Herman Stark, was united in
marriage to Herbert Gerson, son
of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Gerson of
the Lee Plaza Apt., in the Stark
home on LaSalle Blvd. The
ceremony was performed by Dr.
Leo Baerwald of New York City
who had also officiated at the
marriage of the bride's parents.
He was assisted by Cantor Wal-
ter Stark of Cleveland.
The bride was lovely in her
traditional gown of ivory satin
fashioned with a sweetheart
neckline, fitted bodice, long
sleeves, and gathered skirt ex-
tending into a full train. Her
fingertip veil of illusion was
held in place with a coronet of
pearls, and she carried a bible to
which a white orchid was at-
tached.
Miss Margaret Gans was maid
of honor and the bride's brother,
Walter Manfred Stark, served as
best man.
A reception followed the cere-
mony and in the evening there
was a family dinner.
Included with the out-of-town
guests was Mrs. Ludwig Stern
of New York City.
