Enlist Hospital Drive Workers

It is hoped that big victory
celebration signalizing the suc-
cessful completion of the hos-
pital campaign may • be held
before long. The leaders of the
campaign have tentatively set
a date during the last week of
February, if the returns of
contributions make that pos-
sible. Individuals and organiza-
tions are urged to make their
contributions, to help make
possible the holding of this
great event.

inscriptions will be set up in the
new hospital, in accordance with
the amounts of the contributions.

Joins Congress Executive
At the 21st Zionist Congress
held in Geneva in August, 1939,
Rabbi Miller was elected as a
member of the Actions Commit-
tee of the World Zionist Organi-
zation. He is a member of the
Executive Committee of the
Zionist Organization of America,
and a vice-chairman of the
United Palestine Appeal.
In April,---1941, Rabbi Miller
was • invited by Dr. S. S. Wise
and Dr. Nahum Goldmann to
join the Executive of the World
Jewish Congress. He is chair-
man of the executive committee
of the American Jewish Con-
gress.
In March, 1943, he was dele-
gated by the American and
World Jewish Congress to proceed
to London for political discus-
sions with the governments-in-

exile and the British Government
on postwar problems and spent
three months. abroad in pur-
suance of this work.
