PARIS (JPS) — The French
Administration in North Africa
has been charged by the news-
paper Resistance with maintain-
ing an Anti-Semitic policy in
Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco
reminiscent of the days of the
Vichy regime. The newspaper
reports that a number of Jews
have been assassinated in North
Africa in recent weeks, and de-
clares that the Administration
and its policies must be held
responsible for these murders.
Resistance demands a purge of
all fascist and Vichy officials to
prevent further abuse of the
Jews and of the reputation of
reconstituted, liberated France.
