struments proviaing that anti-
Semitic and anti-racial activities,
and similar acts of incitement to
racial and religious hatred and

in the U. S. in relation to post-

dorsed the' working agreement
between the World Jewish Con-

The Organization Commission
recommended that the Congress
establish a bureau in Jerusalem,
in addition to existing offices in
New York, London and Buenos

special bureau in Moscow, as soon
as , it is practicable, was also
urged.
The commission also discussed
the suggestion that the Congress
establish an individual member-
ship plan similar to the World
Zionist Organization, as soon as
the Jewish .Commonwealth is es-
tablished, when it is expected
that the World Zionist Organiza-
tion will, of necessity, abolish its
systems of individual member-
ship by persons residing in coun-
tries outside of Palestine and
limit its activities to Palestine.

war relief.
The" relationship between the
American _Jewish Conference
and the World Jewish Congress
was defined by Dr. Israel Gold-

Conference. It can be expected,
he said, that the American Jew-
