Another Jew brought to the Jewish National
Home from Algiers has much to be thankful for.
He, like hundreds of others, was enabled to reach
the land of peace and happiness—with the help
of the Joint Distribution Committee, which' fi-
nances transportation of refugees, while the Unit-
ed Palestine Appeal provides relief, maintenance,
rehabilitation and settlement opportunities for
newcomers. - The UJA must raise $32,000,000 this
lIga.r to parry on its program.
