Lillian and Pearl Price, daughters.of Mr. and Mrs: Meyer Price
of _3322 Webb Ave., returned home,after spending the winter months
in _Phoenix, Ariz.
Mr. and Mrs. A. Panush will celebrate' their 37th wedding an -
niversary by visiting their children, Bernard, Anna and Richard
Panush,, in .North Carolina.. Mrs. Panush leaves this week and Mr.
Panush will join her at the end of June.
Miss Mariam Rosendorf of Washington, D. C., who is on her way
to Seattle, Wash., is spending a few weeks in Detroit with her
family. She is the house guest of her brother-in-law and sister,
Mr: and Mrs. Harry Shulman of Pasadena Ave., and will remain in
Detroit until after the graduation from Wayne University of her
nephew, Irwin Shulman.
- Mr. and Mrs. Joseph H. Lakritz of New York City are visiting
here 'at the Book Cadillac Hotel, having come here on the occasion
of the birth of their grandson, Jeffrey Lynn Lakritz, son of Mr.
and Mrs. Arnold M. Lakritz of 2225 Oakman Blvd.

Honoring the golden wedding anniversary of their parents, Mr.
and Mrs. Nathan Silver, Mr. and Mrs. Harry C. Davidson of 2918
Webb Ave. will be at home from 2 to 5'p. m. on Sunday. No cards.
Miss Molly Moss of Blaine Ave., who has taken a position in
Chicago, was home in Detroit for the Memorial Day week-end.
Norman R. Schakne, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Schakne of
2525 W. Euclid Ave., has left for the University of Wisconsin where
he will take special ASTRP training.
Dr. and Mrs. Alex S. Friedlaender are spending the week-end
at the Palmer House in Chicago, where Dr. Friedlaender is attending
the convention of the American College of Allergists, of which he
is a member.
Mr. and Mrs. Herman Adler and Mrs. Leonard Adler attended
the graduation of Leonard Eugene Adler, who received the com-
mission of Ensign at exercises at Notre Dame University on May 31.
Ensign Adler is now stationed at the Naval Ordnance School in
Washington, D. C., where his wife joined him.
Dr. and Mrs. Robert S. Drews of 12500 Broadstreet Blvd. will
be at home to their friends and relatives on Sunday, June 11, 2 to
6 p, m., in honor of the graduation of their daughter, Sonya Lenore
Drews, from Kingswood school, Cranbrook. No cards.
Mrs. Earl Hordes (Betty Porvin) has returned from Miami
Beach, Fla., where she spent the winter. Her husband, Sgt. Hordes,
is stationed on the Anzio Beachhead. He has been overseas for 14
months.

Mrs. Samuel K. Gage of the Belcrest Hotel has returned from
a few days' stay in Cleveland.

Chiefs of Greater Detroit Temple
No. 152 are sponsoring charity
card party to be "held on Mon-

chase artificial limbs for disabled
soldiers at Percy Jones Hospital.

where Lt. Paul is stationed.

Jewish Community Center. The
