Edison bill will
soon begin to come to you in
post card form.
YOUR
SIMPLE,
CONVENIENT,
PRACTICAL
It will be simpler — easier to
read — a convenient size — and
more practical in several ways.
It will be small enough to slip
into your pocket: With all its ad-
vantages, it will also help the
war effort.
For one thing, the new bill will
save paper. Envelopes are elimi-
nated, and this saves 25,544
pounds of paper a year. In
addition, the new post card bill
will save manpower and trans-
portation.

Membership Drive
To Be Launched
By Beth Yehudah
The new board of directors of
Yeshivath Beth Yehudah w is fl
meet Monday at 9 p. m. in the
Yeshivah Building, to launch the
1944 membership drive• and to
elect new officers.
A financial report of the past
11 months presented at the last
membership meeting on May 14,
showed that $1,600 was received
by Yeshivath Beth Yehudah in
membership dues. The budget
for the coming fiscal year calls
for an income from dues twice
as large due to the expansion of
the institution which necessitat-
ed the employment of addition-
al instructors and opening of two
branches.

This is a wartime emergency
measure. But we are sure you
will like the new bill for its own
good features—even without the
paper and manpower saving it
makes possible. It is a good
method that has been tested and
proved. People like it.

We believe you will, too.
