The lower right photo shows a typical mem- ber of the PATS—the Pal- estine Auxiliary Territorial Service. *sguitiig Zionist Organization Here Sets May 7 as Palestine Loyalty Day Recognizing that "numbers count" in winning not only the war but also the peace objectives, the Zionist Organization of Detroit has set aside next Sunday, May 7, - as Palestine Loyalty Day, for the enrollment of Detroit Jews as members in the Zionist movement. Harry Cohen, chairman of the membership drive and of the committee in charge of arrangements for Palestine Loyalty Day, has issued a call for volunteers to meet at brunch Sunday, at 10 a. m., at the Rose Sittig Cohen Bldg., to aid in the membership enrollment which is expected to aid in securing just , consideration for the Jewish position in Palestine. The hope for a better future for Jewry offered by Palestine and the part the Jewish National Home plays in the war effort are depicted in the photographs reproduced on this page.
