Personality Sketch
Win. B. Isenberg, Proininent
CPA, Observes 50th Birthday
Wednesday; April 5, was just
another day in the life of William
B. Isenberg.
But for those who knew that
this date marked the 50th birth :-
day of the prominent Detroit
C.P.A., it was a holiday occasion
because of the popularity he had
acquired by his devotion to nu-
merous community causes.
Born April 5, 1894, in Brook-
lyn, N. Y., Mr. Isenberg, head of
the firm of accountants of Isen-
berg, Purdy & Donovan, came to
Detroit on Jan. 1, 1920. He was
graduated from New York Uni-
versity in 1914.
A life-long Zionist, Mr. Isen-
berg was president of the Zionist
Organization of Detroit from 1933
to 1934. From 1933 to 1936 he
was a member of the board of
trustees of Temple Beth El.
From 1935 to 1936, he served as

countants.

"The Story of Pesach," prepared

the eminent author, Hayyim

Azriel Eisenberg, of Cleveland,

In addition to presenting the
story of Passover, the booklet
contains suggestions for prepara-
tions for Passover, Order of the
