Greetings to armed forces in Palestine. 4. Greetings to Histadrut on its efforts to absorb new im- migrants into productive labor and on the progress it has achieved during the last 20 years. 5. Protest against White Paper which the conference condemned as being contrary to the spirit of the Palestine Mandate and the Balfour Declaration. 6. Immediate abrogation of White Paper demanded and sup- port pledged to all groups en- gaged in effort to prevent im- plementation of destructive docu- ment. 7.
