P., son of the British Prime Minister, has joined the Bri- tish Committee fora Jewish Army, it was announced by the Committee in London. Randolph Churchill served in this war as a military press officer in Cairo, where he. met leaders of the Yishuv and where he had a chance to observe Palestine's Jewish volunteers. A member of the recently repatriated group of British soldiers revealed that British war prisoners in Germany were studying Hebrew. The Nazis, at -first re- luctant to permit this study, consented after intervention by Germany clergy. The Bulgarian government has relaxed the anti-Jewish laws as regards baptized Jews, it is reported here from neutral sources. AMERICA Der Tag is coming, Rev. Gerald B. Wini-od was assured in a letter from Robert R. Reynolds, Senator from North Carolina and chairman of the Senate Mili- tary Affairs Committee.
