Mr. and Mrs. Herbert D. Robinson of Chicago Blvd. have returned from a six weeks' stay in Colorado. A dinner for 50 guests was given last Sunday in honor of the engagement of Miss Marion Hoffman, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Hoffman, to Sidney Z. Leib, son of Joseph Leib and the late Adela Leib, at the Hoffman residence, 8812 LaSalle Blvd. Rabbi M. J. Wohlgelernter officiated at the ceremony. Miss Hoffman, who attended Wayne University, is active in Zionist circles here. Mr. Leib, a Wayne University graduate, is active in A. Z. A. and the Zionist Organization. Out-of-town guests at the celebration included Ensign Maxwell M. Hoffman of Great Lakes, Ill., brother of the bride-elect; 'Lt. Samuel Kaner of Camp Hoan, Calif.; Joe Shapiro, Albert Sheppard and Nate Shapiro of New York, uncles of the bride-elect. The wedding will take place at the Shaarey Zedek on Nov. 14. - Mrs. Walter Faught has returned to herhome in Traverse City following a few days' visit with her mother, Mrs. D. J.
