Beth Yehudah
Makes Plans For
Coming Year
Under the chairmanship of
Isadore Cohen, the Administra-
tive committee of Yeshivath
Beth Yehudah at a meeting on
Sept.- 20, reviewed achievements
of the institution during 5703
and made plans for the coming
year.
The combination of intensive,
professionally qualified teaching
with emphasis on the practice of
religious precepts has found a
sympathetic resonance in the
community. The flow of new en-
rollments already has called for
the engagement of two addition-
al instructors.
The operation of branches in
the framework of the prepara-
tory department was necessi-
tated by war time difficulties of
transportation and by the limi-
tation of the capacity of the
main building to 200 students.
