This fund, established to per- petuate the memory of a well beloved and outstanding musi- cian, provides scholarships for talented young people. 5 Jews Make 'V' Sign In Tangiers, Arrested LONDON, (JTA)—Five Jews here have been arrested by Span- ish authorities in the interna- tional concession of Tangiers, Spanish North Africa, and are being held in prison for making the "V" sign, it is reported here this week.
