Nazis Killing More Jews
For RAF Bombing of Dams

Mass Execuffons Are Taking Place in Ghettos of Poland in
Reprisal for Destruction of Ruhr Dams;
1,000 Nazi Soldiers Killed

LONDON, (JTA)—Mass-executions of Jews took place
last week in the ghettos of Cracow and Stanislawow, in Po-
land, "in reprisal for the destruction of the Ruhr dams," the
Polish secret radio station SWIT reports.
The broadcast also reported that a fierce house-to-house
battle is still raging in the Warsaw ghetto and that, contrary
to previous reports, the Nazis have not as yet succeeded in
"liquidating" the ghetto,
The Polish radio stated: "The Nazi authorities have an-
nounced that the ghettos are being liquidated in revenge for
the 'Jewish' suggestion that the Royal Air Force blast the
German dams."

1,000 Nazis Killed as Jews Resist Slaughter

LONDON, (JPS)—A story of heroism on the part of Jews re-
maining in the Warsaw ghetto was unfolded here by the Polish
minister of information, Stanislaw Kot, who declared that 1,000
Nazis had been killed by Polish Jews as they resisted the Germans
who had come to liquidate them.
The Berlin radio recently broadcast threats to "Bomb Tel Aviv
and Haifa out of Existance," in reprisal for the bombing of the Ruhr
dams, despite British denials of a Reuter's report that a German-
Jewish refugee suggested the bombing.
The Manchester Guardian said 15,000 Jews in Berlin have been
shot or deported to Poland in reprisal for the bombing, and that
the Gestapo and SS Troopers plan to liquidate all Jews in Germany.

Czech Jews Now Fighting Against Nazis

KUIBYSHEV, (JTA)—Czech Jews who were forced by the
Nazis at the outbreak of the war to cross into Russia now are fight-
ing side by side with the Red Army against the Germans, it is
related in the Soviet press this week. In November of 1939, hundreds
of Jews in Prague and other Czech cities were ordered to Poland.
Not far from what was then the Soviet-German border, the Jews
were ordered to run towards the Soviet border. To emphasize their
commands, the Nazis opened fire on the deportees with machine-
guns. Many reached Russian territory. Many of these are now in the
Czech divisions attached to the Red Army.
