AZA-Jewish News Cigarette
Fund Is Highly Commended

Tuesday to Review
Announcement of the inauguration of the cigarette fund
for overseas servicemen by Detroit A. Z. A. and The Jewish
News was greeted with enthusiasm this week.
It is expected that other organizations will join the cam-
paign in order to have their names on special labels inserted
in each package of cigarettes to be issued_ to servicemen as a
result of this campaign by the manufacturers of Old Gold
cigarettes.
Several contributions to the fund have already been re-
ceived. They will be announced next week.
Checks, in any amount, are to be made out to . Cigarette
Fund of Detroit AZA—The Jewish News.
