lieutenant following graduation
from the Army Air Force Ad-
ministration Officer Candidate
School recently, his parents, Mr.
and Mrs. Samuel Schaflander of
Burlingame Ave., learned this
week. Lt. Schaflander was as-
. signed to the academic depart-

- He and his wife will reside at

Fla. Lt. Schaflander was grad-
uated from the University of
Michigan last May and enlisted
