Jewish Servicemen Can Request
Kosher Passover Food from JWB

`Is There a Cure
For Anti-Semitism?'
Dr. Glazer's Topic

Dr. B. Benedict Glazer will de-
liver the sermon at the special
Purim service of Temple Beth El
this Friday evening. The topic of
his address will be "Is There a
Cure for Anti-Semitism? Modern
Reflections on the Ancient
Theme of Purim."
A social hour, under the aus-
pices of the Sisterhood of Tem
ple Beth El, will follow the serv-
ices. Music will be in charge of
Julius Chajes, with Jason Tick-
ton at the organ.

Every attempt will be made for observant Jewish members
of the armed forces to have Kosher foods for Passover, accord-
ing to the National Jewish Welfare Board. The JWB has out-
lined the following method for Jewish servicemen to follow
immediately, so that the distribution of these foods can be
put into operation wherever possible:
The nearest Jewish Chaplain of JWB representative should
be contacted by the serviceman and told that he wishes to
make arrangements for Kosher Passover food.
Should there be neither a Jewish Chaplain nor a JWB
worker available. the Jewish members of the armed forces
should write to the National Jewish Welfare Board at 220
Fifth A venue, New York City. The national office will en-
deavor to fill all requests.
This is one of the many services being performed daily by
the National JWB for the Jewish members of our armed forces
both at home and overseas.

of matzos valued at $1,372.17 last
Passover. The committee states
that although the number of

grants in cash and matzo pro-
ducts must be provided.
Mo'es Chitim Sabbath
