Blumberg, has been promoted from 1st Lieut. to Captain. Capt. Blumberg is stationed with the U. S. Army Signal Corps at Monmouth, N. J. Complimenting Miss Peggy Jayne Wallace, whose marriage to Stanley Jay Winkelman will take place in the near future, her aunt, Mrs. Edward Stein of Afton Rd., gave a luncheon in the Bagley Room of Statler Hotel on Feb. 27.
